Craig began his career in 1987 where he got his degree in photography from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in Florida. His career started as a photo assistant in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa Bay areas.
In 1992, Craig moved to Texas(!), where for three years he assisted some of the top photographers in the Dallas market. In 1995, Craig took a position as a photographer at Omega Studios working in their fashion department for the next twelve years. Clients there included: AAFES, Dart, Dickies, Dillard’s, Drysdales, Fingerhut, Gavos & Helms, Goody’s, Highlights, JCPenney, Kay Bee Toys, Marshall Field’s, Michaels, Miller Curtain, NEXTCOM, Premier Design, Service Merchandise, Stage Stores, Staton Wholesale, Sears, True Value, and USAA.
From 2007 to 2009, Craig decided to go out on his own. Those two years were spent shooting freelance for clients that included: JCPenney, Dillard's, Dickies, Dart Manufacturing, and AAFES.
Craig got the opportunity to go on staff at Dillard's in 2009. He has worked in their internet department as a Still and Fashion Photographer in Ft. Worth, TX and Nashville, TN. In 2011, Craig accepted a Photographer position at Dillard's Corporate Advertising, shooting Fashion in Little Rock, AR.
In 2016, Craig took it full circle by relocating back to Florida and is currently living in the Tampa Bay area. He owns a small business, hausimages.com. He’s added architecture and real estate photography to his portfolio. Craig still finds time to travel to different markets across the country shooting for companies such as Amazon, Travel Zoo, House Lens and VHT.
